Active basis: Retention for the duration of the account's activity and until deletion of the account by the user or after a period of inactivity of 2 years EDEN 1969 will notify Buyers of any account inactive for more than 2 years of the forthcoming deletion of the account in the absence of a response from the user within 90 days. In the absence of a response from the user, EDEN 1969 will delete the account and archive the data.   Basis for archiving: 5 years from the date of deletion of the account, for the purposes of establishing, exercising or defending a legal right (statute of limitations).

Contracts over 120 euros and invoices are archived for a period of 10 years.

The data listed above is mandatory, as it is necessary for EDEN 1969 to carry out the purposes specified above.

Recipients: in compliance with the purposes set out above, the Internet user's personal data may be communicated to EDEN 1969 staff in charge of managing the Website's accounts and functionalities, as well as commercial management, to EDEN 1969's technical suppliers and service providers acting as subcontractors (host, IT service providers) or as separate data processors (delivery service providers, banks, consultants).

Persons whose data is collected by EDEN 1969 have the following rights with regard to their personal data at all times:  

- Right of access: to obtain confirmation of the processing of their personal data, as well as a certain amount of information on the processing, it being understood that this information is in any case given in the present personal data protection policy; 

- Right of rectification: to obtain rectification of personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete;

- Right to erasure ("right to oblivion"): obtaining the erasure of their personal data when it is no longer necessary with regard to the purposes for which it was collected or in the event of opposition to the processing of their personal data. 

The right to erasure is not enforceable in the cases provided for in Article 17.3 of the RGPD. In particular, this right is not open as long as the user wishes to use the platform, as this personal data is necessary for EDEN 1969 to provide the service. 

- Right to the limitation of processing: to obtain the limitation of the processing of one's personal data in particular in the event of a dispute as to the accuracy of the data, when the data retention period has come to an end but the person whose data is processed still needs to retain this personal data for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim ;

- Right to portability: obtain communication of personal data communicated to EDEN 1969 in a readable format, or request that EDEN 1969 transmit the personal data communicated to another data controller;  

- Right to object: object at any time, on grounds relating to his/her personal situation, to the processing of his/her personal data based on EDEN 1969's legitimate interests, unless EDEN 1969 has compelling reasons to do so;

- Right to withdraw consent: to withdraw consent for data processing based on this consent, the withdrawal of consent being applicable for the future;

- Right to register on the Bloctel telephone anti-solicitation list;

- Right to lodge a complaint: lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés if the person whose data is processed considers that the processing carried out by EDEN 1969 constitutes a violation of his/her personal data;

- The right to define directives concerning the fate of personal data after death.
